Many of HiDera Internationals IDEA’s come from people outside. When HiDera was founded a set of “beliefs” were created. One of these beliefs was to hear EVERYONES! Idea’s, Whether it be our next door neighbor, friends, or a child on the street, we believe and have been shown that all IDEA’s hold value. Inside HiDera’s team we have what is called the “IDEA box!”. Here everyone can share their IDEA’s anywhere at anytime with the rest of our team.
